Twice a year our employees get to shop at our sample sales! Rooms are packed with our baby, kids, and adult clothing and accessories, all at a largely discounted rate.

OUR HOLIDAY HANNAJAMS™ TRADITION
Our soft and cozy HannaJams™ are legendary, loved by so many, including our Hannas. Every year in December, during our Winter Purposeful Gathering Week, we invite our Hannas to wear their favorite holiday pajamas to work. We also enjoy wintery treats, festive tunes, and more.
HANNA GIVES
Giving back to our communities and supporting the livelihoods of children and families has always been woven into the fabric of our company's DNA. Our Hanna Gives program connects our employees to our external, local communities via purpose-aligned philanthropic partnerships and community engagement efforts.
We organize employee volunteer events, while overseeing our in-kind donation and philanthropic giving programs with organizations across the country such as Make-a-Wish, Foster Love, Baby 2 Baby, Raising a Reader, among many others.
HANNA CONNECT
Hanna Connect is our employee-led collective of experiences that brings our values to life through learning, connection, and celebration. Together, we cultivate a welcoming environment by listening actively, leveraging curiosity, and embracing continuous learning.
Our commitment to connection and community is reflected in our network of Employee Resource Groups, offering welcoming spaces for shared experience, support, and advocacy for all Hannas.
PLAY ADVOCATES
Play isn't just for kids! As a brand built to Champion Childhood, we believe grown-ups need it too. Hanna’s Play Advocates is our internal committee dedicated to bringing that belief to life, right here at work.
Through department-led play dates and playful moments woven across the organization, Play Advocates create space for Hannas to connect, laugh, imagine, and experience firsthand something children know instinctively: play helps us learn, belong, and grow.
OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our 10-week summer internship goes beyond the basics. Interns dive into meaningful projects, build professional skills, and contribute to work that matters, all while forming connections and discovering a shared sense of purpose.
From day one, you are welcomed into our culture of curiosity and collaboration, gaining hands-on experience alongside leaders and teams who are passionate about championing childhood. Beyond project work, you participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and team events that give you a well-rounded view of our vibrant Hanna community.
