Whether we're gathering in person for our All Hanna Assemblies, hosting internal community gatherings via our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), or volunteering – at Hanna Andersson, our employee adventures are purposefully centered around connection, collaboration, and celebration.
OUR EMPLOYEE SAMPLE SALES
Twice a year we offer our employees the opportunity to shop at our employee sample sale where rooms are packed with our baby, kids, and adult clothing and accessories, all at a discounted rate.
Our employee sample sales are a great employee perk and an exemplification of our commitment to sustainability.
OUR HOLIDAY HANNAJAMS™ TRADITION
Our soft and cozy HannaJams™ are legendary, loved by so many, including our employees. Every year in December, during our Winter All Hanna Assembly, we invite our Hannas to wear their favorite pajamas to work. We also set up a warm hot chocolate bar, host a mug competition, and play festive tunes.
HANNA GIVES
Giving back to our communities and supporting the livelihoods of children and families has always been woven into the fabric of our company's DNA. Our Hanna Gives program connects our employees to our external, local communities via purpose-aligned philanthropic partnerships and community engagement efforts.
We organize employee volunteer events and oversee our in-kind donation and philanthropic giving programs with organizations across the country such as Make-a-Wish, Foster Love, Baby 2 Baby, Raising a Reader, among many others.

Hanna Connect is our employee-led collective of experiences that brings our values to life through learning, connection, and celebration. Together, we cultivate a welcoming environment by listening actively, leveraging curiosity, and embracing continuous learning.

OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our 10-week summer internship goes beyond the basics. Interns dive into meaningful projects, build professional skills, and contribute to work that matters, all while forming connections and discovering a shared sense of purpose.
From day one, you are welcomed into our culture of curiosity and collaboration, gaining hands-on experience alongside leaders and teams who are passionate about championing childhood. Beyond project work, you participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and team events that give you a well-rounded view of our vibrant Hanna community.
